You will receive an email reminder a few days before it expires. Second, to switch from card to crypto you must first cancel your card subscription via Manage subscription.

No. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount when processing payment — that's a standard bank operation. When paying with crypto, network fees (gas) may apply depending on the coin and network you choose.
