Terms of Service

Qirevo is cloud SaaS for Instagram shop and business accounts: AI content generation, content plans, scheduling, and analytics per plan.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 access.

You need an account with a valid email and password. Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and email support@qirevo.pro.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are recurring subscriptions (typically monthly). Current prices are shown on our pricing page before checkout.

Our designated payment provider (Merchant of Record / payment processor) handles checkout, invoicing, tax calculation and remittance (VAT/GST, etc.), and payment data. Its name—not Qirevo—may appear on your bank statement.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital access begins immediately after successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel auto-renewal in account settings or by contacting support@qirevo.pro.

Fees for paid subscription periods are non-refundable, including for partial use of a period or plan changes. Cancellation stops future charges only; paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period. See our Billing & cancellation page for details.

We may change plan prices with advance notice; changes do not affect your current already-paid period.

You may not violate laws or Meta/Instagram policies, spam users, send misleading or abusive content, circumvent limits, resell access without permission, or use the service for adult content, gambling, crypto schemes, or illegal products.

We may suspend accounts for clear violations. No refund is provided for the current paid period in such cases.

You may enter a public @username for analytics without Meta login — only data visible on an open profile. You must own the account or have permission to monitor it.

Official Meta OAuth (when available) enables extended features on your plan. You grant permissions required for the features you enable.

Qirevo is not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. Instagram® is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram integrations depend on Meta policies; we are not liable for restrictions or changes.

AI-generated text and replies are automated. You must review content before publishing or sending to customers. Qirevo is not liable for how you use generated content.

You retain rights to your input content; you may use generated output for your business within your subscription.

The Qirevo platform, design, code, and brand are protected. Copying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative products without written consent is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qirevo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data, or reputation. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You may stop using the service anytime by turning off auto-renewal. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations or legal requirements.

After canceling auto-renewal, paid features remain until the end of the current paid period; no further charges occur. Fees for periods already paid are not refunded.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with the update date. Material subscription changes will be communicated by email when possible.
