1. Overview
Subscriptions grant plan features for the paid period (typically one month). This is a digital service delivered immediately after successful payment.
By subscribing, you agree to immediate service delivery and that paid periods are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
2. Billing & renewal
Our payment provider (Merchant of Record) processes checkout, issues invoices, calculates and remits applicable taxes (VAT/GST, etc.), and may appear on your bank statement instead of Qirevo.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel auto-renewal. Amount, currency, and next billing date are shown at checkout and in your account when available.
When changing plans (upgrade/downgrade), new charges follow the rules shown at change time. Unused time in the current period is generally not refunded in cash.
3. Crypto payments
Qirevo accepts cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments. When you choose this option, access to the selected plan is granted for one calendar month — from the date of payment confirmation to the same date the following month (e.g. June 8 to July 8).
Crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew. When the paid period expires, your plan is automatically downgraded to the free tier. To continue, simply make a new payment.
All crypto payments are final and non-refundable. A blockchain transaction is irreversible, so we cannot return funds once it has been confirmed by the network.
Network fees (gas) and exchange fees depend on the coin and blockchain network you choose and are not included in the plan price. Make sure you send enough to cover these costs.
A few days before your crypto subscription expires, you will receive a reminder email to your account address.
4. Canceling auto-renewal
You may cancel auto-renewal anytime in account settings (when available) or by emailing support@qirevo.pro from your registered email.
Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period; no further charges occur.
Deleting your Qirevo account does not replace canceling a subscription with the payment provider if checkout went through them. Contact us before deleting if you are unsure of billing status.
5. No refunds
All subscription payments to Qirevo are final and non-refundable after successful payment, including for partial use of a period, non-use of the service, plan changes, or canceling auto-renewal mid-period.
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days, account credits for future periods, or transfers of paid time to another account unless mandatory consumer law requires it.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing and using the service immediately after payment, you request that digital service begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that once service has fully begun, the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited under your local law remain unaffected.
6. Disputes & chargebacks
Contact support@qirevo.pro before filing a bank chargeback—we can often resolve auto-renewal or access issues faster.
Abusive or repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension pending review.
